Grey Goose

News Flash: Grey is the new white for quilting.  Challenge your fabric selection skills!  Pay attention to value when selecting brights/darks for your quilt.  Try looking at your selections next to your grey background with the black and white setting on your camera.  If you can see contrast, your color will pop.  If you don’t see contrast, the value of the grey and the bright/dark are too similar.
